Another play with the aperture setting didn’t quite go a well as I’d hoped, there was a slight breeze so the flowers were dancing, and I still haven’t found the setting to eliminate the  “shopping bag shake” so I twisted the dial to manual and twiddled a few more numbers up and down, I think I increased the shutter speed as well as having a high aperture setting, I’m not quite sure  how I did it, but at least I was happy with the result.

2014-04. Red tulips.

    • Thanks Lyndypops, I like tulips too, but they’re not a flower I’d have in my garden. I find they stay around for far too short a time after the watching and waiting as they grow. I find I get very dissapointed when a sudden gust of wind takes away the results of a few months waiting.
I’m glad not everyone thinks my way though because they do make beautiful photos. 🙂

    • Hmmn, I’ve only just managed to drag Hubby kicking and screaming into the twenty first century with a smart phone. Looks like it’s time to get the manual onto the big screen. 🙂
